The name, Olive Juice, bears a symbolic meaning and is a reflection of our mantra, “We love you too.” Olive Juice is a secret way to say I love you without having to say it. When mouthed silently it looks just like you are saying the words.
This term of endearment evokes feelings of nostalgia and warm childhood memories within our guests while they enjoy the highest level of service and hospitality.
