GENERAL CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment via your online profile, email to hello@olivejuicebeautybar.com or call to 303.953.1078.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours, including no-shows and late arrivals, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price—No matter if you reschedule for another day/time.
Policy Rationale: To ensure all clients have access to desired appointment times, and to respect the time of fellow clients, late cancellations are subject to the stated fee.
INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Welcome Facial: As a new "Inner Circle" member, enjoy a complimentary High & Dry Facial! This offer is exclusively for the High & Dry Facial and cannot be exchanged for other services. Any upgrades or add-ons are available at an additional cost. Please book your free facial within 30 days of joining.
Membership Discounts & Benefits: Membership benefits are exclusive to you and one designated additional person on your account. There are no exceptions. For example, if you have two daughters, only the one designated on your account can receive the perks. Guests you bring with you are not entitled to membership benefits, regardless of who is paying, unless they are the designated additional person on your account.
Private Party Policy: The $100 room rental fee is waived only for members when booking a private party. Members do not receive an additional 20% off the entire party booking even if they are paying; membership discounts apply only to their individual services, if applicable.This is a frequently asked question?
Packages, Discounts, & Promotions: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers. This means members will not receive an additional percentage off any existing packages, promotions, or special offers.
Membership Cancellation: To cancel your membership, you must notify us before your next billing cycle by email or phone. If you cancel even one day into your new cycle, you'll be charged for that month. Any unused membership funds will remain active for 60 days after your cancellation date, after which they will expire. Once your membership is canceled, you will no longer receive member perks or discounts, even when using your remaining funds; services will be charged at full price.
NAIL FIX POLICY
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality nail services and want you to be absolutely delighted with your nails. To ensure fairness to all our clients and to maintain the integrity of our work, please review our nail fix policy below:
Our Guarantee: We guarantee our gel polish, structured gel and soft gel for 7 days from the date of your original appointment. Within this period, if you experience any of the following issues, we will gladly fix them free of charge:
Chipping or peeling of polish
Lifting or breakage (unless due to obvious trauma).
Dullness or loss of shine that cannot be resolved with a simple buff.
What's Not Covered (and May Incur a Fee): The following situations are generally not covered under our complimentary fix policy and may incur a repair fee:
Breakage, chips, or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care (e.g., using nails as tools, biting nails, harsh chemicals, trauma).
Fading or discoloration due to prolonged sun exposure, tanning bed use, or contact with certain chemicals (e.g., strong cleaning products, dyes).
Issues reported after the 7-day guarantee period.
Changes in color preference after the service has been completed and approved.
Damage incurred from another salon's work (e.g., if you had a service elsewhere and are experiencing issues with it).
Damage due to removal attempts performed by anyone other than our salon professionals.
Regular wear and tear beyond the 7-day guarantee.
How to Request a Fix:
Contact Us Promptly: If you experience an issue within the 7-day guarantee period, please contact the salon as soon as possible to report the problem and schedule an appointment.
Visual Assessment: We may ask for photos of the issue before your appointment to help us assess the situation.
No Charge for Covered Fixes: If the issue falls within our guarantee, the repair will be performed at no charge.
Repair Fees: For issues not covered by our guarantee, a repair fee will be quoted to you before the service begins.
Important Notes:
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please communicate any concerns you have during your service so we can address them immediately. Once you leave the salon, you are confirming your satisfaction with the completed service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the damage is due to intentional misuse or neglect.
This policy applies only to the original service and does not cover subsequent services or modifications.
